Здравейте

Скоро не съм ви пускал нещо интересно в кулинарията...та днес реших да направя гъдел на жената и най накрая да приготвя една врана която хванах преди 2-3 седмици...определено на семейството беше чудно каква е тая риба,аджеба(тая българска дума ) и става ли за ядене smile

Та в началото:
1.Краве масло
2. 200мл бяло вино
3.Морска врана wink

4.Целина-глава
5.Черен пипер-сол на вкус-зехтин

Всичко започва с подходящия съд,канапето от целина-идеята е рибата да не е директно в/у тавичката....ако имате едри стръкове девисил(лющян) мисля че е най добре-после на нивото на стръковете се налива виното,т.е. да не ги покрива на височина.....тук капвам и няколко капки зехтин.

Следва враната върху това канапе с изцедени поне два лимона отгоре,добре осолена и поръсена с черен пипер се намазва с кравето масо.....опс,не се събра в тавата smile

Прибавих и една платарана,за да не се губи място smile

Завиваме с фолио-като капак и печем в загрята фурна за около 30-40 мин на 200-225 гр.

Крайния резултат е това...сервира се в плитки широки чинии като допълнително парчетата се заливат с получилия се сос.Гарнитурата може да бъде каквато си пожелаете-картофи в всякаква форма,зеленчуци на скара или задушени...импровизирайте smile
