 НЕ !Това за което говориш няма да доведе до желани последствия.За добра апнея най-доброто решение е чести заниманя , тренировки и гмуркания.

 Може и да има някакви нищожни подобрения. Но след кръводаряване трябва да мине доста време (мисля 2-3 месеца), преди да си възстановим броя на червените кръвни телца.
Възможно е живеенето примерно 15 дни на височина 3000+ метра да има по-бърз и по-забележим ефект.

 Не знам за редовното .... но пълното кръводаряване води до постояна апнея ;-)

 Нивата на еритроцитите в кръвоносната система се възтановяват след около 24 часа и не се разрешава ново кръводаряване в продължение на мин. 6 месеца. Единственото, което стимулира е костния мозък.

 През последните 3 години ми се налага да давам редовно/2-3 в годината/кръв заради детето но не съм забелязал да има промяна в апнеята.Виж по честото гмуркане ми я подобрява!

 За около 24 часа се възстановява обема на кръвната плазма.
Еритроцитите се възстановяват за минимум седмица. Някъде съм виждал като време да се дава 2-3 седмици, че дори и месец - два.
Сериозно занимаващите се с апнея имат повишени нива на хемоглобин. За един състезател по свободно гмуркане, кръводаряването се отразява негативно върху формата му. Необходими са усилени тренировки и диета за да се достигнат пак високи нива. Ерик Фатах посочва три месеца за такъв тип възстановяване.
